Blogging in classroom

Blogging is fun because I can open my blog, then insert an image in my blog after I upload and publish pictures in my blog,
I like penguins, this picture is very nice.

Safety instruction in hospital

First keep quiet in the hospital.
Next wear gloves, shoes, a mask, a hat and an overcoat.
Then clean places do many things.
If  patient needs help from a nurse, come and help them.
Finally be nice to all patient when they come here.

*How to lose weight easily?
- Eat 90 percent of your meal at home.
- Walk before dinner and you'll cut calories and you appetite.
- Put your fork and spoon down between every bite.
- Don't buy prepared food.
- Spend 10 minutes a day walking up and down stairs.

* How to eat healthy?
- Eat a variety of food.
- Include vegetables, wholegrains, fruit, nuts and seeds every day.
- Choose healthy fats and oils as Canola, Sunflower.
- Limit sugary, fatty, salty, take-away meals and snack.
- Drink mainly water.

* How to get better at English?
- Never forgot punctuation and capital.
- Make sure your printing is neat.
- Try reading more often.
- Get some books.
- Ask your teacher for some book recommendations.
- Look for educational software.

Summary of the title I read

Title of reading " Police TV" by Tim Vicary.

You must be carefully your bag when you go shopping, bank, and everywhere.

Dan and Sue were police officer in London. It was a Tuesday morning they sat upstairs in a window over the shops, Dan had a radio, they watched the people on the street.

Suddenly, the old woman fell down by the jogger ran into her and he said: " I am sorry, can I help you,? Here your bag". At the moment also had a young woman, she shouted at him "Don't run here" and she said: ' It's dangerous! Go away!'. Dan talked in his radio and the police car stopped jogger in North street.

The old woman lost a purse in her bag, Dan looked for the money form jogger but he could not found any. Dan and Sue went back to the shops they watched on the TV camera, Dan had an idea.Sue became same somebody on the street, she got a lot of money in the bank and let everybody saw it and took a radio.

Next day Sue went to the bank and droped some near her feet. People on the street looked at her. There was the long hair man picked up the money helped her. Sue continue walked slowly down the street and bought some things in the shop. At the moment there was a woman with a baby following her. Suddenly the jogger, Peter Jone, ran into Sue and she fell over. There were many things everywhere. 'I am sorry. Let me help you' the jogger said and the woman also asked ' Are you OK?', but he looked radio, he shouted 'A police radio? Give the money, quick!'. He took the money and ran. Sue caught the woman and called a police car on her radio his name was Jim.

Jim ran following and the jogger, Peter Jone hit Jim and he fall into the water, Dan came help Jim

At the police station, the woman's Linda and Peter Jone were a couple they stealed money for the people on the shops, TV camera also helped gave the police found crime quickly.
