*How to lose weight easily?
- Eat 90 percent of your meal at home.
- Walk before dinner and you'll cut calories and you appetite.
- Put your fork and spoon down between every bite.
- Don't buy prepared food.
- Spend 10 minutes a day walking up and down stairs.
* How to eat healthy?
- Eat a variety of food.
- Include vegetables, wholegrains, fruit, nuts and seeds every day.
- Choose healthy fats and oils as Canola, Sunflower.
- Limit sugary, fatty, salty, take-away meals and snack.
- Drink mainly water.
* How to get better at English?
- Never forgot punctuation and capital.
- Make sure your printing is neat.
- Try reading more often.
- Get some books.
- Ask your teacher for some book recommendations.
- Look for educational software.
